This can happen if the Hindi font needed to display the text in hindi is not correctly installed.
You can take the following corrective actions
-- Re-install the software (and the Hindi font should be installed automatically)
-- If that doesn't solve the problem, then ask itbix support (techsupport@itbix.com) to send you the Hindi font as an attachment in the email. And you can install the font manually.
