:p This issue is due to some conflict with the printer drive or some other file in Windows. We have not been able to isolate the cause for this, as it is reported by a small number of customers only.
The fix as of now is to generate a PDF file and then print from Adobe Acrobat instead of the software. To generate PDF file click on the Export to PDF option on the toolbar.
