:) The runtime error 48 problem is occurring because you've installed from both the Master and the Installation CD. The incompatible files in the two software are preventing it from running. Please UNINSTALL the software and delete its folder: - C:\Program Files\PublicSoft\Horoscope Explorer

Then install again ONLY from the installation CD.
