There's a problem with using Horoscope explorer alongside the latest version of Microsoft Office.
If you've Microsoft Groove (which almost nobody ever uses) installed on the system, Horoscope Explorer will not work.
To make Horoscope explorer work, you must uninstall MS Groove. You can do so from Control Panel--> Add/Remove Programs
