Solution Hello,

This error signifies that the software is not able to modify the said file which it needs to, to run the product.

You'll need to over-write this file manually. I am attaching the file with this msg. Please copy this file to C:\. Then boot up windows, and copy the file to C:\Windows (Or the folder where you have installed Windows.)
